My name is Evangeline
I was born and raised in New York City and aged out of the foster care system at the age of 14. It was during these early years that I discovered my love for the culinary arts, a passion that drove me to pursue a bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management, laying the foundation for my future endeavors.My professional journey has been as diverse as it is rewarding. With nearly 30 years of combined experience, I've worked as an international flight attendant and at two renowned Caribbean resorts in the Turks & Caicos Islands! These experiences have honed my skills in delivering top-tier customer service and crafting exceptional dining experiences.But my story is not just about professional achievements. I am a two-time breast cancer graduate and survivor, which has been a testament to my strength and determination. These battles have instilled in me a deeper appreciation for life and a commitment to making every moment count.Today, my culinary expertise and personal journey have fused into a selfless mission: to create a unique and personalized dining venues that everyone can enjoy. My fiancé and I were looking for somewhere to relax and get away from it all, for the weekend. Ange’s place couldn’t have been more perfect! Ange, herself, was such a doll. She greeted us and showed us around. She has the most precious personality! The place was clean, cool and had everything we needed to be right at home. We enjoyed movies and our favorite shows. We enjoyed a night swim. The stars were spectacular! Ange had breakfast ready for us each morning and you can tell, she takes pride in her cooking! It was absolutely delicious!! It was SO nice to wake up to that every morning! We would love a return visit, one day! Thank you so much for everything, Ange!
